- Relocation of both arrival and departure roadways while maintaining full airport operations

The scope of work consisted of the expansion ot the main terminal, including partial demolition of the original upper roadway, a two-level expansion of the terminal including ticketing and baggage claim areas, partial remodel of existing portions of the ticketing and baggage claim levels, construction of an enclosed passenger link to the car rental facility and construction of a new deplaning roadway.
In a second phase, Sundt renovated the interiors of the East and West Councourses, including upgraded finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, and additional restrooms, conference rooms, stairs and two elevators.
