Building

GOVERNMENT

A PROVEN RECORD

Sundt has been building for the U.S. government and local governments since the early 1900s.

Today we bring skill, grit and purpose to facilities that create a sense of place for cities and towns, such as city halls, libraries and parks. We also construct essential facilities, including courthouses, correction and detention facilities, emergency response centers and more. Having built these important pieces of social infrastructure, we understand the complexities required to provide the best value possible.

LEADING THE WAY

We’re proud of our history of helping clients achieve new “firsts” for their jurisdictions.

Sundt has often been the first contractor to work with government agencies under CMAR, design-build or other alternative delivery methods of construction. We are also an award-winning builder in sustainability, and many of our state and federal projects are LEED certified. These energy-efficient buildings provide a healthier environment for occupants along with water and energy savings.
