Flood control structures often go unnoticed but hold critical importance in protecting lives and livelihoods.

Dams, bank protections, site drainage improvements, and linear parks all serve as vital protective (and sometimes aesthetic) measures. In dense urban areas or remote wilderness, on emergency timelines or long-term infrastructure projects, our flood control work has kept people and their property safe and dry.

We have deep technical experience in mixing onsite soils and cement, blending local borrow material and monitoring properties to ensure particle size and plasticity indexes are maintained.

Our award-winning urban project work features both functional and visual improvements, creating structures that protect infrastructure while adding value to communities. We utilize unique shoring to protect historic buildings, as well as indigenous materials to accent local geology. These projects include innovative linear parks, converting gray drainage areas into green spaces where people relax and play.
