“I started as a driver for the Transportation Group. Now, with the ESOP I’ve built up in the past 30 years, I’m about to retire a multi-millionaire. I have three kids who work for Sundt too, and they’re invested in their career here as well. I always tell people: if you show up, do your job, and work safe, you’ll have a solid future here. It’s that simple. If you’re going to work somewhere, you might as well commit to a company that will commit to you.”

KAPBCS CULTURE

The success of our business comes down to keeping promises. And the promises made to our clients rest on the shoulders of our skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen.

That’s why Sundt is employee-owned by all of our people, not just some. Because our only investors are the people who come to work every day, our decisions are never about quick returns. Instead, we focus on building long-term prosperity for our clients, communities and employee-owners.

On a Sundt jobsite, we build with purpose. We have each other’s backs. We take our work seriously, but we know how to have a good time. As owners, we take pride in what what we build. And we love to build. If that’s the kind of company you want to work for, let’s talk.
