A 123,000-square-foot, mission critical broadcasting control center that provides satellite uplink of 300 channels of digital satellite television programming to homes and businesses throughout the United States. The project was designed and built in just 11 months to meet the owner's extremely tight launch schedule for the satellite to be used for content delivery. The project also featured complete N+1 redundancy for power, data, diesel fuel and condenser water (via underground storage tanks) for the facility's critical infrastructure.
