Sundt's COVID-19 Response

March 2021

A message from our Chief Executive Officer

COVID-19 Plan

As the COVID-19 situation continues, I want to let you know what Sundt is doing to ensure that we fulfill our obligations to our clients, employee-owners and communities.

We are continuing to work under these highly unusual circumstances – building critical infrastructure such as hospitals, schools, roadways, water treatment plants, manufacturing sites, government facilities and more. Our communities have recognized the importance of construction and the need for it to continue throughout this crisis.

As we work, we are taking exceptional care to safeguard our people and help slow the spread of the virus in our communities. Our COVID-19 Response Plan is built on recommendations from the CDC and other public health officials. It includes detailed social distancing measures, enhanced personal hygiene and sanitizing protocols, health screenings, jobsite access restrictions and more. Our COVID-19 Task Force meets frequently to monitor progress, update our plan, and provide our project teams with every resource possible to support them so they can continue their important work for our clients – safely.

In the 130 years that Sundt has been in business, we have weathered some hard times. Two World Wars, the Great Depression, natural disasters and more. We find ourselves once again challenged to forge a path forward through difficult and unprecedented circumstances. While none of us knows exactly when this situation will end, I am certain we will get on the other side of it – together. When that day comes, the projects you have entrusted us to build will be part of a brighter future.

Sincerely,

G. Michael Hoover
