Provided 770 kW of photovoltaic structures over the parking lot, and a solar domestic hot water system to assist the Marine Corps in meeting renewable energy and total ownership cost reduction goals.
(Under construction) This design-build project includes a 102,173 square foot, three-story, 170-room, Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ). The main entrance to the barracks is a three-story atrium. Each double occupancy room module includes: private water closet, storage, kitchen, desks, beds, and bookshelves. The barracks also provides an internet café, laundry facilities with innovation alert system for users, reception, and a large 4,000 square foot multi-purpose lounge bringing movies, gaming, study and quite relaxation to one central location. Site improvements include: extension to existing roads, road resurfacing and expansion to Neuse road, parking lots, two picnic structures with BBQ grills, volley ball and basketball courts.
