Sundt Hires Three for its Industrial Group in the Southeast

Sundt's New Hires:

Charlotte, NC (May 18, 2023) – Sundt Construction recently added Luan Fellman, Zachary Ball, and R.E. Evans to its Industrial Group in the Southeast.

Senior Project Manager Luan Fellman has more than 20 years of engineering and project management experience with expertise in the pulp and paper industry, power generation and food manufacturing. Fellman has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University and is a certified Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Technician from George Brown College.

Project Engineer Zachary Ball has eight years of experience in industrial construction, renewables, and power generation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology and alternative renewable energy systems from the State University of New York, Canton. Ball has worked on several natural gas combined cycle power plant projects including Panda Liberty Power Project in Pennsylvania, the Guernsey Power station in Ohio, and the Towantic Energy Center in Connecticut.

Project Controls Manager R.E. Evans comes with more than 15 years of experience in project controls including cost control reporting and project scheduling. He has been a part of several projects in the energy, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries such as the New Nuclear Deployment project at VC Summer Station in South Carolina, the Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant in Tennessee, a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility project for Merck in Virginia, a military facility at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam and the construction of a first of its kind power plant for Duke Energy.
