Sundt Foundation Announces Board Additions

 |  Press Release, Sundt Foundation

TEMPE, Ariz. (May 8, 2020) – The Sundt Foundation has added two members to its board of directors. Ryan Nessen will represent the San Diego region replacing outgoing board member Elizabeth Tague, and Madison Jones has been re-elected to represent the Sacramento region.

“We look forward to working with Ryan and Madison as we strive to make an even bigger impact on our communities through the Foundation,” said Stefanie Teller, Sundt Foundation president and Sundt vice president and director of corporate communications.

Nessen serves as the San Diego regional director for the company’s Building Group. He has been an active member of the Foundation since joining Sundt in 2003.

Jones, a public relations coordinator, has been an active member of the Foundation since she started at Sundt in 2018 and joined the board of directors in 2019.

The Sundt Foundation Board of Directors is composed of 12 employee-owners, four appointed by the company and eight elected by the membership. The board convenes quarterly to approve grants based on recommendations made by employee-owner committees in each Sundt office.

Sundt recognizes the importance of community giving. Today, its employee-owners remain dedicated to ensuring the well-being of others, donating generously to charitable causes and volunteering thousands of hours each year to help various local organizations achieve their missions. For many employee-owners, the Sundt Foundation is the principal way by which they give back to the communities they call home.
