Sundt Adds Industry Veteran to Its Irvine Team

IRVINE, Calif. (Oct. 3, 2016) -Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) has hired 28-year construction industry veteran Betty Lynn Senes as its newest project executive in Irvine, California.

In this role, Senes provides oversight for the design and construction process, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to complete projects safely and efficiently. She brings with her a diverse skillset in collaborative deliveries, team building and problem solving, with extensive industry experience in higher education, food service and commercial office.

Prior to joining Sundt, Senes served as director of project development for one of California’s leading general contracting and construction management firms. Throughout her career, she has held numerous roles, including vice president of operations, project director, project manager, estimator and business developer.

Senes holds an Associate Design-Build Professional credential from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and currently serves as Programs Committee chairman for the Orange County chapter of the DBIA. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. In May of 2017, Senes expects to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration degree at Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics.
