The seven-story Pima Downtown Service Center has transformed the skylike of downtown Tucson.

Hear ye, hear ye – court is now in session at the Pima County Public Service Center in downtown Tucson, Arizona. Pima County moved into the 290,000-square-foot, seven-story building a few weeks ago and is already using the courtrooms on the fourth and fifth levels as Sundt crews work to complete the basement of the courthouse construction project by the end of the month. A number of sustainable features are expected to help the facility earn LEED Silver certification. The adjacent parking garage (also being constructed by Sundt under a separate contract) will be complete in April.
