The waiting list for the Friendship House at Royal Oaks, a new memory care facility under construction in Sun City, Arizona, is exceeding expectations – and the project isn’t even complete yet. Sundt is installing interior finishes and progressing with sitework while aiming for a February 2015 completion on its sixth senior living construction project for Royal Oaks.
“Royal Oaks residents and families are tremendously excited at the prospect of living in this state-of-the-art memory care facility,” says Sundt Project Director Kurt Wadlington.
While interior millwork, cabinetry, tile and carpeting goes in, the high-end residential character of the building is becoming a showpiece and the exterior material and color palette has established a new aesthetic that will be translated throughout future campus improvements, now in a master planning phase.
