IRVINE, Calif. (Feb. 9, 2014) – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) recently hired two new team members to its Irvine office, including Mike Charlson as project superintendent and Matt Larsen as field superintendent.
Charlson has more than 27 years of experience working on projects throughout Southern California. He will be instrumental in expanding Sundt’s presence throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside. In his first assignment, Charlson joins the Western University Student Housing project team in Pomona, where he will plan, coordinate and supervise all field operations for the project.
As a field superintendent on the CSU Channel Islands project in Camarillo, Larsen will be responsible for managing day-to-day field activities, as well as planning, and advising subcontractors for efficient execution of their scope. Larsen was with Sundt for 15 years previously, and has been brought back for his experience working on several significant projects in Southern California and his background in self-performed concrete construction.
