We are pleased to announce that Sundt took home two awards at the Best of NAIOP Arizona Awards ceremony that was held in Paradise Valley last week, including General Contractor of the Year for 2012. NAIOP, the National Commercial Real Estate Development Association, honors the best projects, brokers, designers and contractors in the commercial and industrial sector annually.
One of Sundt’s recent aviation construction projects, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Terminal Expansion Phase II, received the “Economic Impact Award” for the project’s exceptional contribution in the East Phoenix Valley.
“These awards recognize Sundt’s dedication to our customers, projects and fellow employee-owners,” said Sundt Senior Vice President and Southwest District Manager Marty Hedlund. “Particularly impressive is that the General Contractor of the Year Award is a repeat win, since we were honored with the same award last year.”
