Construction Underway at New Carlton Plaza Senior Living Facility in Davis

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (March 20, 2013) – A new senior living facility is under construction in Davis, Calif. Sundt Construction, Inc. recently began building the Carlton Plaza at Davis Senior Living located at 2726 Fifth Street. The Carlton Plaza assisted living facility will be a three-story building and will feature a separate and secure wing for memory care. Upon completion, the $17 million campus will include a large dining area, private dining, beauty salon, general store, billiard room, media room and more.

Construction manager at risk Sundt and architect LPAS Architecture + Design began the 104,000-square-foot project in late 2012. Completion is scheduled for spring 2014. This is the sixth Carlton project Sundt has constructed in California since 1996, with locations in Sacramento, San Jose and San Leandro. Sundt most recently completed Carlton Plaza Elk Grove in 2012.
