SAN DIEGO, Calif. (April 2, 2014) –Michael Loney recently joined Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) as a field engineer for the general contractor’s San Diego office.
Loney will join the San Diego International Airport Consolidated Rental Car Complex project team in San Diego, where he will assist the project engineer as the technical source of information for the project. Loney comes to Sundt with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, holding a wide range of positions, including crew/party chief, project engineer, project superintendent and quality control inspector.
Prior to joining Sundt, Loney worked as the field engineer for the new multi-family housing units at the United States Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Ark. Michael has also completed the UCLA Global Sustainability graduate program and holds an International Code Council, IBC – Commercial Building Inspector Certificate.
