Sundt Adds New Preconstruction Project Manager in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas (July 24, 2018) – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) added Mark Debenport as a preconstruction project manager for the company’s Building Group, Texas District. Debenport will spearhead preconstruction efforts in North Texas. Mark Debenport Headshot

His expertise in alternate delivery will provide added value for our clients,” said Jon McKelvain, Sundt’s preconstruction manager for the Building Group, Texas District. “His experience in the local market as well as the relationships he’s developed in North Texas with subcontractors will be beneficial for our operations.”

A 20-plus year veteran of the construction industry, Debenport is skilled in cost analysis, conceptual budgeting, 3D modeling and estimating. He has been involved in numerous projects across the Metroplex Debenport has delivered projects in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, higher education and data center markets.

LEED AP BD+C certified, Debenport holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
