Grauer Moves to Leadership Role in Sundt’s Building Group

TEMPE, Ariz. (June 4, 2019) – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) recently selected Stewart Grauer to  serve as Phoenix Regional Director for its Building Group, Southwest District. In his new role, Grauer is responsible for business development, preconstruction and project execution as well as profitability, risk management and talent development. Stewart Grauer_150x175

Grauer has nearly 35 years of industry experience, including 11 years with Sundt. Most recently he led Sundt’s Concrete Division, which self-performs on numerous Sundt transportation, industrial and building projects. Before his work in Concrete, Grauer had served as operations manager and preconstruction project manager for the Building Group’s Southwest District. His project experience includes government, mixed-use, healthcare, data centers, commercial office buildings, justice, labs and education. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in construction management.

Sundt has over 90 years of experience in Arizona, with offices in in Tempe, Tucson and Phoenix. Ranked No. 1 by industry-leading publication ENR Southwest, Sundt is currently working on the Canopy by Hilton Tempe and just completed the Gilbert Road Light Rail Extension.
