TEMPE (Aug. 7, 2017) – Sundt Construction welcomed estimating professional Minsang Lim, P.E. as a Senior Estimator. 
Lim has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in concrete structures, including bridges and walls. His project experience includes the design-build SR 520 Eastside Transit & HOV in Bellevue, Wash., the design-build Wellsburg Ohio River Crossing in Wellsburg, W. Va. and other major highway projects. He has worked on projects using a variety of delivery methods including private-public partnerships, design-build and design-bid-build.
Lim is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has a bachelor’s in civil engineering and physics from Yonsei University of Seoul, South Korea and a master’s in construction management from the University of Washington in Seattle, Wash.
