AZ Big Media named us one of the Most Admired Companies in Greater Phoenix, a program that recognizes the contributions and impact of Arizona employers.
Other winners included American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Charles Schwab, Lovitt & Touché, United Health Care and Ventana Medical Systems.
We also ranked fourth in the San Diego Business Journal Best Places to Work in the mega company category. The honor marks the eighth consecutive year we have finished in the top 10 in the competition.
To qualify for the award, companies across San Diego County completed a survey detailing their policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The second part of the competition featured an employee engagement and satisfaction survey, which included 78 in-depth statements that employees were asked to respond to on a 1-5 scale of “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.” The section also included two open-ended and seven demographic questions.
