PORTLAND, Oregon (February 2, 2024) – Ken Kubacki has been promoted to vice president and regional manager of Sundt’s Transportation Group in the Northwest region.
“We are thrilled to announce Ken’s promotion to vice president and regional manager in the Northwest,” said Jeff Williamson, president of Sundt’s Transportation Group. “He has successfully led our efforts to build our presence in the Northwest, and I am excited to see what our team can achieve in the region under Ken’s leadership.”
Kubacki oversees notable pursuits and projects in the Northwest, including the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvements. Kubacki also serves as the regional representative for the Sundt Foundation. Prior to coming on board with Sundt, he was directly involved in the pursuit and execution of over $1.5 billion in design-build and construction manager/general contractor contracts.
Kubacki earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Arizona University. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, where he served as the chairman of its Highway & Transportation Division, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has been with Sundt for nearly five years.
