SAN JOSÉ, Calif. (Feb. 4, 2015) – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) recently added two new team members to its San José office — Tylor Middlestadt, senior project engineer, and Shannon Lacerda, business development coordinator.
Middlestadt joins Sundt with five years of construction experience working on projects totaling more than $400 million. He has held a variety of titles in the industry, including general contractor, project consultant, owner representative and program manager. In his role at Sundt, Middlestadt immediately joins the San José State University Spartan Complex Seismic Upgrade project, where he will be the technical source of information, providing expertise in construction engineering technology, codes and standards.
Lacerda’s professional background spans more than 15 years, 10 of which she spent in construction law providing administrative support for a high-impact civil litigation team. Lacerda also has experience as an office coordinator, marketing coordinator and project manager. As business development coordinator at Sundt, Lacerda provides administrative support for the business development team.
