Warren Hall will soon be replaced with an updated structure that meets current seismic standards.

At California State University, East Bay in Hayward, Sundt will soon replace Warren Hall, an aging administration building, with a new, state-of-the-art structure that meets current seismic standards. The university construction project includes hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the 13-story building along with a two-story bridge that connects to the library over a busy roadway. The project also includes grading and site development improvements to the new building, including extending utilities to the site.

The replacement building will be located on the east side of the campus, adjacent to the existing student services administration building. It will contain 67,000 square feet of offices and other administrative support space, and is being designed to achieve LEED Silver certification or higher.
