Project Overview

This project for a confidential client includes on-site and off-site development for a 190-acre, 216-megawatt data center campus containing multiple buildings. Scopes of work include mass grading, substation, access roadways, curb and gutter, wet and dry utility infrastructure, irrigation, and stormwater management.

Building construction includes six 36MW hyperscale data centers (totaling 216MW), each approximately 250,000 square feet. The scope has expanded to include white space fit-outs in addition to core and shell construction, concrete equipment pads, and electrical and fiber utility infrastructure. The project team has worked closely with utilities to meet critical schedule milestones.
