We construct projects using the following delivery methods: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), Negotiated (General Contractor and/or Prime Contractor), Design/Bid/Build (General Contractor and/or Prime Contractor), Design/Build and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk).
Self-Perform Work Capabilities
Sundt's trade work includes earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, structural steel erection, process mechanical, equipment setting, and boilermaker work. These resources are utilized on power generation facilities, mines, industrial projects, and treatment plant facilities. Our Equipment Services department owns, operates, and maintains over one hundred pieces of heavy equipment that are an integral component to our self-perform work capabilities.
