Project Overview

This design-build project was for the replacement of three separate 1960s-era housing neighborhoods. Sundt performed a complete infrastructure reconstruction, including abatement and demolition of the existing houses, all site utilities and streets along with site-specific recreation areas. Family housing construction consisted of a total of 93 living units—78 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO), 15 Senior Officer Quarters (SOQ), and two General Officer’s Quarters (GOQ).  All of the neighborhoods were developed with both one-and two-story units, single family and duplex configurations.

The homes featured Southwest “Mission” style architecture with tile roofs and stucco exterior treatments.
