Tell us about your favorite Sundt project.
I’ve enjoyed working on detention and corrections projects and was the operations manager for the Otay Mesa Detention Facility. The most rewarding part of any project we do is seeing the development and growth of our people.
Why did you choose to work in the construction industry?
As a kid I always enjoyed watching projects come together and the heavy equipment and cranes at work. In high school, I worked as a laborer and quickly figured out I wanted to move into a supervisor role. I studied construction management, and the rest is history.

I am a dual rated private pilot with helicopter and fixed wind ratings. Flying is one of those activities that requires tuning everything else out and focusing on the task at hand.
