Why did you choose to work in the construction industry?

I’ve always been fascinated by how things are built—starting from an idea and turning it into something real and lasting. I love the process: planning, organizing, collaborating, and then finally seeing the finished product come to life. That passion, combined with my background in the military, made the construction industry a natural fit for me. What I’ve found is that construction, like the military, is all about service—building something meaningful for our communities, working side by side with people who become like family, and growing together as a team. It’s the best of both worlds, and I genuinely love what I do.

What is your favorite place in the world?

My favorite place in the world is home. No matter how far I travel, how many incredible people I meet, or how much amazing food I get to try along the way—there’s nothing quite like the feeling of coming home. It’s the one place that grounds me, recharges me, and reminds me of what truly matters.
