Tell us about your favorite Sundt project.

I can’t say I’ve found a project that wasn’t a favorite in some way. What really stands out to me is the range of work we take on and the way our teams come together to get it done. Every job has its own challenges, and it’s rewarding to watch good people pull in the same direction and make it happen.

If you could have any superpower, what would you choose and why?

I’d go with the ability to slow time. There’s never enough of it, and I’d use it to spend more time with family and less time rushing from one thing to the next.

Why did you choose to work in the construction industry?

I was drawn to construction early on because I liked working with my hands and seeing something really take shape from the effort you put in. I started out as an electrician in high school and quickly realized I enjoyed the teamwork, problem solving, and sense of accomplishment that comes with building complex projects. Over time, that interest grew into a career focused on leading teams and helping clients deliver projects that make an impact.

I like to travel with family and friends whenever I can. We enjoy finding new places, trying local food, and spending time on the water boating or fishing.
