Sundt Expands Transportation Leadership in Intermountain Region

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. (March 20, 2026) – Sundt recently welcomed Marcus Frame as project quality manager and promoted Matt Fuller to area health, safety and environmental manager. Frame and Fuller will support the company’s transportation projects in the Intermountain region.

As project quality manager for the Intermountain Region, Frame oversees contract compliance while leading procurement quality, testing and inspection programs.

He brings extensive experience supporting major infrastructure and vertical construction projects throughout Utah, including the $600+ million Salt Lake City Water Treatment Plant and the $100 million Mountain View Corridor highway extension. Frame holds multiple certifications in concrete, masonry, fireproofing and transportation inspection.

Fuller joined Sundt two years ago and now is transitioning into the area HSE manager role. He provides strategic direction for health, safety and environmental performance, partnering closely with the operations team.

Fuller earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and is an Associate Safety Professional through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He also holds OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications.
