
PHOENIX, Ariz. (Dec. 30, 2025) – Sundt Construction recently added Tony Harlan as a project director for business development in Phoenix for the firm’s Building Group, Southwest District.
Known for building trust and connecting with diverse stakeholders, Harlan will help expand Sundt’s presence across the Greater Phoenix region, leveraging his strong sales background and experience with technical clients to deepen relationships with clients, community partners and project teams.

Harlan brings a unique blend of regional sales leadership, technical project experience, and client-focused strategy, built through his work in project management and large-scale industrial markets. His approach emphasizes collaboration, strategic engagement, and the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable project solutions.
Previously with Kurita Water America, Harlan managed major industrial projects for Nippon Steel and Shintech Louisiana, leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing operations and coordinating closely with technical owners to deliver success in complex, high-stakes environments.
