
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (March 3, 2026) – Sundt Construction recently welcomed preconstruction project manager Justin Reginato to its Sacramento office and senior project manager Sean Hulen to its San Diego office. The two will support the delivery of complex projects across California.
Reginato leads early project planning, estimating, design coordination and budgeting for projects. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education facilities and construction management, Reginato has supported major public university projects throughout California and Nevada. He holds degrees in geological and civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and the University of California, Berkeley.
Hulen oversees project delivery while fostering strong collaboration across project teams and with clients. He brings extensive experience delivering complex construction projects, including the $58 million Wounded Warrior Battalion West Campus at Camp Pendleton. Hulen studied engineering and fine arts at UCLA and is both LEED BD+C certified and a DBIA professional.
