DALLAS, Texas. (August 10, 2026) – Sundt Construction has promoted Kevin Graf to senior vice president and Texas regional manager. In his new role, Graf will lead the company’s transportation work across Texas while supporting continued growth in the region and expansion into the Southeast.
“Kevin has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound judgment and a deep commitment to our people and clients,” said Jeff Williamson, president of Sundt’s Transportation Group.
Graf brings more than 20 years of heavy civil construction experience, with his background spanning highways, municipal improvements, light rail transit, reservoirs and dams. Since joining Sundt in 2021 as project director, he has built a reputation as a trusted leader and mentor, helping guide project teams and support key transportation efforts across Texas.
Graf earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
He is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the Associated General Contractors of America Texas chapter.
