
TEMPE, Ariz. (July 7, 2025) – Sundt Construction added Caroline Pernat as a business development representative within the company’s Transportation Group. Based in Phoenix, Pernat will support strategic growth efforts by cultivating relationships with municipal clients and industry partners and contributing to proposal and pursuit efforts across the region.
Pernat brings a strong background in community engagement and cross-sector partnerships. Prior to joining Sundt, she worked for Arizona State University in the Office of the President, managing nonprofit and municipal relationships across ASU’s 17 colleges and schools. Her experience in strategic collaboration and community development aligns closely with Sundt’s values of shared success, skill and purpose.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in medical studies from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College, along with a Certificate in Cross-Sector Leadership from ASU’s Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.
Pernat is also active in the community and currently serves on the Young Professionals Board of Treasure House, a nonprofit that provides supportive housing and resources for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
