
TUCSON, Ariz. (Oct. 20, 2025) – Sundt Construction announced the transition of Courtney Hoyt to business development representative from assistant project manager.
Hoyt joined Sundt in 2018 as a project engineer. Throughout her time with Sundt, she has contributed to multiple projects in Tucson, including The University of Arizona Student Success District, The University of Arizona Chemistry Building Renovations and Additions, and most recently, La Posada at Pusch Ridge.
Hoyt was recently recognized as a 2025 Southern Arizona 40 under 40 honoree. She is a current participant in the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) Leadership Development Forum and a graduate of the ABA’s Project Manager Development Program. She is a board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Tucson chapter and is a member of the Metropolitan Pima Alliance’s Common Ground committee. Hoyt also serves on the board of the Children’s Museum Tucson.
Hoyt graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management.
