
TEMPE, Ariz. (OCT. 14, 2025) – Sundt Construction promoted Josh Anderson to serve as the company’s data center market leader, a new role reflecting the firm’s expanding presence in the mission-critical market.
In his new role, Anderson will focus on expanding Sundt’s data center team and developing client relationships across Sundt’s regions, including the Southwest, Texas and the Southeast. The firm has built over 70 data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Anderson joined Sundt in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple leadership positions including project engineer, superintendent, project manager, and most recently, project executive. His portfolio includes higher education, advanced facilities, and large-scale data center projects. Most recently, Anderson led the development of a 190-acre, 240-megawatt data center campus in Goodyear, Arizona for a confidential client.

Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is also a graduate of the Arizona Builders Alliance Leadership Development Forum. Anderson is a LEED Accredited Professional and has been a member of multiple project teams delivering mission-critical and advanced facilities across the Southwest.
