Charity Golf Tournament Awards $74,000 To TBI Warrior Foundation

SAN ANTONIO, Texas. (Nov. 13, 2025) – Nearly 150 golfers joined Sundt Construction and its industry partners to raise $74,000 for TBI Warrior Foundation at the 13th Annual Central Texas Sundt Foundation Charity Golf Tournament last week at Olympia Hills Golf & Event Center in Universal City, Texas.

“We are grateful for our community’s participation in this annual fundraising event and their support this year for the TBI Warrior Foundation. Our Sundt Foundation members care deeply about military veterans and families, and we admire TBI Warrior Foundation’s work to support these individuals,” said Sundt Foundation Executive Director and Sundt Community Relations Manager Emily Dwosh.

“At TBI Warrior Foundation, we are deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate life after brain injury,” said President and Co-Founder of the TBI Warrior Foundation Victor L. Medina, MRC, CRC, US Army Retired and Purple Heart recipient. “Our mission is to restore purpose, foster resilience, and create opportunities for those affected by traumatic brain injury. Every partnership and program we build moves us closer to a community where no TBI warrior faces recovery alone.”

The funds from the golf tournament will support TBI Warrior Foundation’s programs for survivors of traumatic brain injury. The organization provides support services, rehabilitation counseling and caregiver support.

“We provide meaningful supports at the right time to those affected by brain injuries. Our beneficiaries are the most important of our work. We are their advocates, and we are here to walk with them in their journey towards recovery,” said Jayci Hart, MPH, programs and community engagement manager at TBI Warrior Foundation.

Sundt hosts golf tournaments and a clay shoot in seven cities throughout the year to support local community nonprofits. The company’s nonprofit, the Sundt Foundation, has donated more than $18 million to charitable organizations around the country. Learn more about the Sundt Foundation at sundt.com/foundation.
