Sundt’s commitment to teamwork can be a little shocking.

Several of our employee-owners took part in the Tough Mudder completion in Mesa, Arizona, last month. The event is a run of more than 10 miles including a mud field with a canopy of unavoidable hanging wires, each of which carries up to a 10,000-volt shock.

There are more than 20 obstacles on the course and 500,000 gallons of mud. Team members cooperate while running the course, helping their mates overcome numerous barriers as they prepare for the shock treatment at the end.

Tough Mudder events have had more than 2.5 million participants across the world and raised more than $10 million for charity.
