Biography

Cade Rowley has developed a reputation as a leader in infrastructure construction across the Western U.S. His expertise in alternate project delivery methods has led to the successful completion of many projects, which provide vital resources and access that communities rely on daily.

A longtime Sundt employee-owner, he is currently the President of Sundt’s Industrial Group. His Group’s expertise has raised the bar for industrial construction nationwide. Nationally ranked in water/wastewater treatment plants, semiconductor and manufacturing projects, the Group has found innovative ways to reduce consumption and minimize environmental impacts winning several industry honors.

In addition to oversight of the Groups’ operations, Cade’s responsibility also expands to all business development, preconstruction for the general contractor’s manufacturing, mining, power, semiconductor work throughout the Western U.S. and water/wastewater projects across the country. Additionally, he sits on the company’s executive management team.

Cade has produced several billion dollars’ worth of critical infrastructure projects across several states using various project delivery methods throughout his tenure at Sundt. Many of which garnered national and regional awards highlighting the best construction projects across the U.S.

He joined Sundt in 1998 as a field engineer and has served in multiple positions across the organization in the years since. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in civil engineering and is a registered professional engineer.

Cade places a high value on community and industry service, as evidenced by his involvement in organizations such as the Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Board of Governors and Political Action Committee Board of Trustees for the national AGC.
