SALT LAKE CITY (March 15, 2022) – During its current giving round, the Sundt Foundation awarded a grant of $4,000 to Shriners Hospital for Children in Salt Lake City.
“The Shriners Hospital for Children provides children with exceptional care, and we are grateful to be able to support their efforts,” said Jasen Bennie, the Sundt Foundation’s Salt Lake City region board member. “Being able to give back to our community in and around the Salt Lake area is a very special opportunity, and we look forward to it every quarter.”
Salt Lake City’s Shriners Hospital for Children has been recognized as one of the nation’s best children’s hospitals in pediatric orthopedics. The hospital offers the full spectrum of orthopedic treatments and services to address any problem related to bones, muscles and joints. The grant will help the hospital continue to research and provide excellent care.
The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to local Salt Lake City-area charities that support disadvantaged children and families. Nonprofits are selected through an application process and reviewed by a committee of local Sundt employee-owners.
