TUCSON, Ariz. (June 8, 2022) – The Sundt Foundation awarded $22,062 to eight nonprofits in the Tucson area during its current giving round.
“To be able to impact our communities for the better is what Sundt is all about,” said Rick Buchanan, the Sundt Foundation’s Tucson region board member. “Through Sundt employee-owner contributions, the Foundation can help these charities achieve their mission and overall helping our communities to prosper.”
Nonprofits that received grants include the Inside Out Network, Assistance League of Tucson, Youth On Their Own, Southern Arizona Network for Down Syndrome, Marshall Home for Men, Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, Mentally Ill Kids in Distress and Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona.
The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to local Tucson-area charities that support disadvantaged children and families. Nonprofits are selected through an application process and reviewed by a committee of local Sundt employee-owners.
