TEMPE, Ariz. (September 16, 2021) – Sundt Construction, Inc., promoted Nick Favia to assistant project manager in its Tempe office.
“Nick has shown he can rise to any occasion,” said Stew Grauer, Vice President and Phoenix Regional Leader for Sundt’s Building Group. “We’re looking forward to seeing him excel in his new role as an assistant project manager and help lead the project team to success.”
For the last two years, Favia has served as a project engineer on a data center project in the Valley. He brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry working on project forecasts, schedules, timelines, personnel performance and cost-efficiency. In his new role, Favia is responsible for coordinating work in the field among subcontractors, developing and maintaining relationships with owners and design teams and performing safety inspections. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
