Sundt Foundation Donates $75,000 to Valley Charities

TEMPE, Ariz. (November 9, 2020) – During its fourth-quarter round of giving, the Sundt Foundation awarded over $75,000 in grants to 19 Phoenix-area nonprofits.

“Through the Sundt Foundation, our employee-owners have helped many organizations achieve their mission to help the less fortunate in the Phoenix area,” said Cathie Gabriel, the Sundt Foundation’s Tempe region board member. “Now more than ever, it’s critical to help these organizations support their communities.”

In addition to its grants, the Foundation also donated 25 gently used computers to five Valley charities. Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, Chrysalis, Live & Learn AZ, StreetlightUSA and the Be Kind People Project each received five computers.

The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to local Phoenix charities that support disadvantaged children and families. Nonprofits are selected through an application process and reviewed by a committee of Sundt employee-owners.
