SAN ANTONIO (August 13, 2020) – In its third-quarter disbursements, the Sundt Foundation awarded $13,600 in grants to four Bexar County nonprofits.

“The Sundt San Antonio committee is grateful to be able to give back to each of these organizations and support their missions,” said Terri Pasley, the Sundt Foundation’s San Antonio region board member. “It is deeply gratifying to see the positive impact they have on the people within the community.”

Third-quarter grants, each receiving equal grants of $3,400, include:

Any Baby Can of San Antonio provides services to families raising children with special health needs through their Comprehensive Family Support Services (CFSS) program. These include comprehensive long-term case management services, grief support and child health and wellness programs.

House of Neighborly Service‘s program provides childcare, assessments and treatment for developmental delays or behavioral issues for children and their families on San Antonio’s west side.

Goodwill Industries of San Antonio offers programs to help individuals overcome unemployment by providing affordable, short-term, certified vocational training programs in high-demand industries.

San Antonio Food Bank works with more than 500 partner agencies to provide food for low-income families across the San Antonio region.

The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to local charities that support disadvantaged children and families. Nonprofits are selected through an application process and reviewed by the local committee of Sundt employee-owners.
