Sundt is moving up in the Phoenix Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in the Valley rankings, climbing to seventh this year from 13th last year among large companies (250 to 1,000-plus employees).
On behalf of the Phoenix Business Journal, Quantum Workplace each year conducts an employee survey that measures engagement based on 10 core areas: teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness and trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, job satisfaction and benefits.
“Sundt is a best place to work because of one simple characteristic: ‘It’s Our People,’ ” said Corporate Director of Employee Owner Experience and Diversity Marian Enriquez.
Companies ranging in size from fewer than a dozen workers to more than 2,000 were honored during a luncheon at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Hotel & Spa last week.
