Sundt Construction Adds to North Texas Team

FORT WORTH – The newest addition to the Sundt Construction, Inc. Dallas-Fort Worth team is Jeff Grigsby, an industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He will serve as Preconstruction Project Manager and lead transportation construction projects.

Grigsby will play an integral role as Sundt expands its footprint in North Texas. His experience includes work at a number of construction companies, as well as the Texas Department of Transportation. Grigsby has served as the senior estimator and lead estimator on a variety of highway, municipal, utility, alternative energy, railroad, private development and recreation projects. Among his accomplishments, Grigsby led the estimating team on the I-35E managed lanes project, a design-build job totaling more than $1 billion.  He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is the recipient of several industry awards for excellent service.

Sundt has more than 45 years and nearly $2 billion of project work throughout the Lone Star State. Among the general contractor’s notable Texas projects are the West Seventh Street Bridge, Fort Worth; Warrior in Transition Barracks at Fort Bliss, Fort Sam Houston and Fort Hood; Reunion Tower, Dallas; Legacy Town Centers, Plano; work at Austin Bergstrom International Airport; the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) 911 Dispatch Center, San Antonio; the Career and Technology Education (CATE) building at Brackenridge High School, San Antonio; and the Wichita Falls Regional Airport terminal.
