Lean Summit Reflects Growing Movement

The Lean Leaders’ Summit held last month at Sundt’s Tempe, Arizona headquarters

Getting lean is a big priority for many companies as they work to become more streamlined and efficient in their operations. We all benefit from leaner work environments and processes, and the better we get at it, the more our clients also reap the rewards.

In keeping with that goal, Sundt held its first Lean Leaders’ Summit at its headquarters in Tempe, Arizona last month. The purpose of the gathering was to invite lean leaders from across the construction industry to share lean practices and lessons learned, generating synergy around our mutual desire to continuously improve as a group.

It proved to be a great opportunity to hear about the lean improvements taking place throughout the industry, and how other organizations are incorporating lean practices into their cultures. Future events are scheduled so we can continue the lean momentum, to share with others in our industry and to strengthen the business environment.
