There’s good news to report on the economy, especially for those who live or do business in Arizona. Forbes magazine just ranked it the number one state for projected job growth in the next five years. The business publication is forecasting a three percent increase in jobs over the next five years for Arizona, with annual economic growth of 4.6 percent. For the construction industry, which was particularly hard hit by the recent recession, that’s good news indeed.
“We’re seeing a much more competitive recruiting environment and that’s because of the job growth we’re experiencing and what we’ll continue to experience over the next several years,” said Trevor Gelder, Sundt‘s Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition and Deployment. “This is an exciting time for Arizona and the construction industry!”
