Sundt relocated an existing 30-inch RCP storm drain as part of the project.

Members of the Sundt project team providing design phase services for the addition of two new buildings at Pacific Ridge School in Carlsbad, Calif., found themselves doing time in summer school these past couple of months … sort of. Their hands-on assignment was to move an existing 5,000-square-foot modular building across campus to make way for the future construction. The team also relocated an existing 30-inch RCP storm drain and completed landscape and hardscape improvements.

Sundt is providing preconstruction services throughout the design phase for the K-12 construction project.  Construction is anticipated to begin next spring. The project currently anticipates construction of a 21,858-square-foot middle school administration building, a 22,737-square-foot performing arts building, new parking lots and site improvements.
