Diversity is an important part of Sundt's culture.

At Sundt, our commitment to diversity is about building projects that support the growth and success of the small and disadvantaged contracting community. Since our founding 122 years ago, we have built lasting business relationships through the continuous development and engagement of small and disadvantaged businesses as partners. 

Our diversity initiatives go well beyond our clients’ contract requirements. They are based on our corporate philosophy, which is founded on principles of honesty and integrity and a belief in the value of maximizing subcontracting opportunities to diverse small and disadvantaged businesses.

It’s just part of Sundt’s culture.

The results speak for themselves. We consistently set high goals for ourselves, and then achieve or exceed them. Sundt has an internal subcontracting goal of 20 percent. We well exceeded that goal last year by awarding 32 percent of our subcontracting dollars to qualified, diverse small and disadvantaged businesses.
